Logic Test Prep Terms of Use

Logic Test Prep is an independent educational practice tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or connected to any test provider, employer, educational institution or assessment company. Any reference to a general category of reasoning test is descriptive only.

The questions in the app are original practice material created for the app. They are not copies of, and are not drawn from, any external assessment.

Practice scores, statistics and difficulty estimates are for self-study only. They do not guarantee or predict employment outcomes, admission decisions, or performance on any external assessment.

Every user receives one complimentary 10-question diagnostic and 20 additional free questions across practice, assessment and review. When the free allowance is used up, further questions require Premium.

Premium is a single, non-consumable in-app purchase. It provides unlimited questions and removes advertising. Premium is not a subscription: it does not renew automatically and there is nothing to cancel.

Apple displays the binding localized price and any applicable taxes before you confirm the purchase. The price configured for the Swedish App Store storefront is 39 SEK; this is not a worldwide price, and the amount shown by Apple in your own storefront governs.

Family Sharing is enabled for Premium and is available subject to Apple's eligibility and sharing rules.

Apple processes payment, purchase history, restoration and refund requests. The developer cannot issue App Store refunds. Refund requests are made through reportaproblem.apple.com.

You can restore a previous purchase in the app using the Apple Account that made or shares the purchase.

Unless a separate licence agreement applies, the app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, together with the applicable App Store terms. This licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable except as Apple's rules permit.

Statutory consumer rights that apply in your country, including any mandatory right of withdrawal, are not affected by this section.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and must comply with applicable law in your country.

The Service does not use accounts, sign-in, passwords or profiles. Your practice data is stored on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, bulk-export, republish or resell the questions, explanations or other content of the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to bypass Premium, the free-question allowance, advertising or any technical measure, except where such action is expressly permitted by mandatory law;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The app, this website, the question content, explanations, text, graphics and the Logic Test Prep name and logo are owned by the developer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You receive a limited right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial study only. All other rights are reserved.

The Service is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. Features, questions, pricing and content may be added, changed or discontinued, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical faults or reasons outside the developer's control. Where a change materially reduces what a Premium purchase provides, your mandatory consumer rights remain available.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every question or explanation is free of mistakes. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee or remedy that applicable consumer law makes mandatory and that cannot be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data stored only on your device, or loss relating to decisions you make based on practice results. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, except that this choice of law may not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually reside. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under those mandatory rules.

These Terms may be updated when the app, the law or the Service changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
